Single-cell and Spatial Transcriptomic RNA-seq Database of Head and Neck Squamous Cell Carcinoma
Project Overview
scHNDB is a comprehensive database dedicated to single-cell and spatial transcriptomic RNA sequencing data of head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC). This database was developed through collaborative efforts between Prof. Xin Peng's team at the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, Peking University School of Stomatology, and Prof. Keqian Zhi's team at the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Reconstruction, The Affiliated Hospital of Qingdao University.
Our mission is to provide researchers worldwide with access to high-quality, well-annotated single-cell transcriptomics data to accelerate discoveries in HNSCC research. The database integrates multi-omics analysis approaches, offering unprecedented insights into tumor heterogeneity, immune microenvironment, and potential therapeutic targets.
scHNDB features comprehensive data processing pipelines, standardized cell type annotations, and user-friendly visualization tools, making it an invaluable resource for both computational biologists and clinical researchers working in the field of head and neck oncology.
